Your membership will work for all spa treatments scheduled online. However, your membership discount will not apply to clothing and skincare purchases made online. Gift cards are not eligable for discounts.
Membership discounts cannot be applied to items already on sale or otherwise discounted. Your membership perks apply to regularly priced products and services only.
Yes, membership credits must be used within the same month they are issued. Any unused credits will expire at the end of the month.
BASE members may extend the benefits of their monthly membership to non-members of BASE up to three (3) times during the twelve (12) month membership term.

Memberships may be canceled after three (3) months by providing at least 30 days written notice.
